Karl is a highly organised and capable senior corporate executive with a unique and diverse range of skills and experience across a range of businesses, but with a particular focus on the resources industry.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Karl specialises in the provision of Executive and Non-Executive services to emerging private and small-cap listed companies. This includes roles as Chair, Director, Company Secretary, Board Committee member or Trusted Advisor to the founder/family. Over the past 20 years, Karl has held key executive positions (CFO, Company Secretary, Director) with numerous companies listed on the ASX, the LSE, AIM and the TSX.

Nick is a creative and governance focused professional with a keen interest in delivering value for early-stage companies. He assists with corporate secretarial, legal and procedural, and accounting matters.
With backend business and financial accounting experience from work with listed companies, a strong creative mind delivering results for startup brand identities, and a love for learning exemplified in self-taught programming and IT infrastructure experience, Nick is driven and keen to innovate anything and everything, wherever possible.
